I am a copywriter, content writer, and host of the podcast Lovers Forever. I write because it’s what I do best and I can’t really imagine doing anything else, though God knows I’ve tried. I write because I’ve loved stories from the time I could talk, and because I believe that stories are a fundamental part of being human—they’re how we make sense of the world and our place in it. It’s old-fashioned as hell, but I see myself as the bard by the fire, like in ancient times. Whether I’m writing an ad, creating content, or bringing Hollywood legends to life again, I’m telling my tale to make my audience feel something, to make the hairs on the back of their necks stand up, to bring them—at least for a moment—into a shared dream. I believe in the power of glamour, the primacy of beauty, and the pull of nostalgia.

My primary obsessions include glamour as a phenomenon and how it operates (or doesn’t) in the digital age, classic cars, old Hollywood history, the Icelandic sagas, and wolves. Yes, wolves. (Did you know that in a wolf pack, the alpha female is actually the one in charge?) When I’m not working, you can find me outdoors, baking cakes or pastries, or perfecting my art as a hobbyist watercolor painter.
